Description
A deliciously creamy and easy-to-make No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake featuring a rich Oreo crust and smooth cream cheese filling mixed with whipped cream and crushed Oreos, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Additional Oreos, chopped (for folding into the filling)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine them with the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a springform pan or similar dish to form the crust.
- Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated, creating a light and fluffy texture.
- Add Oreos to filling: Chop some additional Oreo cookies and carefully fold them into the cream cheese mixture to add texture and extra Oreo flavor throughout the filling.
- Assemble and chill: Pour the filling over the prepared Oreo crust and spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set properly.
- Serve: Once chilled and set, slice into 8 equal pieces and serve chilled for a refreshing and indulgent dessert.
Notes
- For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight to ensure it sets well and flavors meld.
- Use softened cream cheese for a smooth filling without lumps.
- You can add more crushed Oreos on top as garnish if desired.
- Ensure the crust is firmly packed to prevent crumbling when sliced.
